Metal-ringed eye and mouth openings sit under two strap-on flaps: a blindfold panel that lifts up off the eyes and a detachable mouth panel fitted with a red mouth plug. Two small nose holes keep breathing open, a corded lace-up back sets the fit, and the built-in neck collar carries three D-rings for a leash or restraints. It suits gag play, sensory deprivation, and Dom/sub roleplay, for beginners and experienced players alike.

Key Features:

100% Genuine Leather – No faux or synthetic materials

Metal-Ringed Eye Openings – Two large reinforced eye holes for sight when the blindfold flap is up

Lift-Up Blindfold Flap – A strap-on leather flap that covers the eyes for blackout play

Detachable Mouth Gag – A strap-on mouth panel with a red mouth plug that sits over the metal-ringed mouth opening

Nose Breathing Holes – Two small metal-ringed holes that stay open with both flaps closed

Rear Lace-Up Closure – Black cord through metal eyelets for a snug, adjustable fit

3 Buckled Straps – The blindfold, mouth, and collar straps fasten at the back with silver-tone roller buckles

Integrated Neck Collar with 3 D-Rings – D-rings at the front and sides for leash or restraint attachment

Fits Head Sizes Up to 25.5 in (64.8 cm) – Custom sizing available on request

5 Colors – Black, White, Red, Blue, and Brown

Important Safety Note – When the mouth plug is fitted, the wearer breathes only through the nose holes, so keep them clear at all times and never use the gag if the wearer has a blocked or stuffy nose.
