How to Choose Suspension Cuffs
Grip bars and thumb loops – These give the hands something to hold.
Wide cuffs – In addition, wide, structured cuffs spread pressure across the wrist.
Hardware – Check the D-rings and buckles before every use.
Most importantly, suspension play needs training, a rated anchor point, and proper rigging. Keep the feet supported whenever possible, never leave anyone alone, and release at once if there is numbness, tingling, or pain.
